As the designer behind the integration of KIPU, a leading CRM platform in the healthcare sector, with Repticity, the top visitor management software, I focused on creating a seamless connection to enhance efficiency and user experience significantly. Here's how we accomplished this:

We implemented real-time data synchronization between KIPU and Repticity. This means any patient check-in, update, or change in Repticity is instantly mirrored in KIPU's system. This automation reduces manual data entry, minimizes errors, and ensures that patient data is always current and accessible across both platforms.
