As the lead designer behind the integration of RepairQ with Repticity, I focused on creating a seamless connection between our premier contractor management system and the leading visitor management software. This integration is designed to significantly enhance both operational efficiency and the user experience for businesses in the Contractor industry.

1. **Automated Check-ins:** When clients arrive at a service location, Repticity automatically checks them in, and RepairQ instantly updates the job order status. This automation reduces manual entry and ensures real-time updates, allowing staff to immediately attend to client needs.

2. **Streamlined Communication:** We've enabled direct communication within the platform. When a visitor is checked in through Repticity, relevant staff members receive notifications via RepairQ, including any special instructions or requests from the client.
